"I had a wonderful stay at best western. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm and professional, making me feel welcome throughout. My room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping maintained it daily with care. I especially enjoyed the pool, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and overall service exceeded expectations. I highly recommend best western and would gladly return on my next visit."

"Buen hotel a buen precio, puedes entrar una hora antes a los parques y tienen autobuses que te llevan entre los parques durante todo el día, muy conveniente si no quieres manejar, a mis hijos le gusto mucho el area de las albercas, lo único que no me gustó fue las largas filas para hacer el check in, fuera de eso si lo recomiendo y si regresaría "

"I liked the hotel. It's very close to Epic universe. I didn't like that I was charged $35 per night for self parking, and a $15 resort fee to get a $15 credit per night that could only be used once per day, That was not mentioned when we arrived. I had three different explanations from three different people. "
"It was very nice here, alot to do around the area that's in walking distance. The elevators were so hot and staying in building 3 facing the highway forget about sleep if your a light sleeper you can hear the traffic all day and night. "
"You get what you paid for the room cleanliness was good. First room we checked in the lights flickered and we let the front desk know and they were just so amazing and understanding they didn’t hesitate to switch rooms for us. You feel safe they have security at each entrance but be aware there is a parking fee. But you can’t put price to safety. "
