My teenage daughter and I had an amazing week at Hilton Grand Las Palmeras. We enjoyed every meal at the restaurant. The staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. My daughter and her friends enjoyed the pool, water slide, and activities center. We loved the open lobby and spent a lot of time watching the FIFA matches. We had such a relaxing and fun time! Thank you!

My studio room was beautiful. Very clean, updated, stocked with everything I needed and more. Absolutely loved the room. The bar staff in the evening/night shifts were phenomenal as well, super friendly. Location is meh, the surrounding feels isolated and lacks walkable things to do. What I absolutely hated was being woken up with my hotel landline ringing at 8am on my check-out day by one of their front desk attendants trying to sell me on a timeshare or some kind of "special offer/gift" scheme. Incredibly rude to call at that time and wake a customer up for their own gain like this.

Best of the best! First time at this property and will definitely go back! Stayed for a convention but it was a great mix of work and family guests. Was fun and so much to offer everyone! Good was great, service was great and it’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The staff was very accommodating, the pool was freezing , there was a small bug in my room , the amenities were perfect , location perfect , the room was not dirty it was clean , but like I said earlier there was a small bug in my room . The staff was great, very kind and informative.
