"They’ve tried to upgrade the rooms and they suit us for a night or two when we come for crabbing and clamming. No boat parking though. "

"Friendly staff at check-in and in the morning. Coffee was offered. The rooms were clean, which is important. The pillows were especially good, not too soft. Good location for finding food, shopping, and gas."

"I was hopeful for this property. After reading some of the reviews and thought it’s one night we can give it a shot. Nope, we made it one hour. The property has a great view and easy access down some stairs to the beach. They have a nice outside sitting area that over looks the bay/ocean with some tables and gas fire pit. As far as the room/cabin itself, it looked like it had been updated but the cigarette smell was so bad and so strong it made us sick. My husband use to be a smoker and he couldn’t even handle it. It’s not just the smell when you’re standing next to one smoking, it was the stale smell that has been there 20 years. The counter top, the table and couch were very sticky. The bathroom floor was soft and squishy. I’m sure The floor was rotting underneath. We left after an hour and we spent most of that down at the beach. The manager was very nice and friendly and told us he understands. He would have offered a different room but they were full. He gave us a full refund and apologized. Then we drove just drove home. Needless to say we won’t ever go back. "

"Coffee in the morning looking out over the ocean was wonderful. Having a media room and a separate sitting room with a view was really relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Only suggestion would be to screenshot the door access code and wifi password before going in to Cape Meares. We have T-Mobile and did not have service. "

"Room was clean, check in extremely easy & such a cute little spot with an amazing view! The weather was perfect and the restaurant next door was really good & so was Rosanna's down the street. Our unit had 2 bedrooms, refrigerator and stove. Loved this place & can't wait to go back!"

"We had a good time, we were disappointed that in the description that it was a 6 minute walk to the beach not sure what route that was supposed to be as we never seen a path down the side of the mountain. Views were amazing the trees do need to be trimmed. We did have to connect with the host about the security system and they were quick to get the low battery alarm taken care of. "
