We got there our bed sheets where stained pillowcases full of makeup. Some type of food was stuck on the walls toilet was leaking everytime we flushed . Asked the front desk if we could have another room she said yes but it ended up being the same thing stains all over the walls bathroom was a mess. Elevators where also a mess. Staff was super sweet but hotel was a bummer will never be staying here again

Nice staff. Outdated building and room. Below motel quality room. Room carpet was very dirty, hair from previous guest, I assume, was left behind on the bathroom floor, no a/c, very low water pressure, cold water knobs did not work.

Will never stay here again. Loud, dirty, super cold and service was horrible. They kept my husband’s and my ID at front desk. They didn’t call us back, not even went or knocked on our door, when we check out they didn’t tell us anything. Worst part is we notice when we got home to California. Had to drive back didn’t notice till 3 day later. Horrible customer service. When we went back to go get it jo sympathy they didn’t care. We called to see if they could mail it and no.
