Bien situé mais bof

Un appartement bien situĂ©, plutĂŽt spacieux. Un balcon pratique pour ranger les skis en rentrant des pistes. Quelques bĂ©mols : 1. l’amĂ©nagement qui pourrait ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ© Ă  faible coĂ»t. On sent que ce n’est pas un appartement occupĂ© par les propriĂ©taires. 2. L’escalier-Ă©chelle trĂšs dangereux pour monter et surtout descendre de la mezzanine 3. RĂ©sidence vieillissante avec des communs nausĂ©abonds par endroit Ă  cause de crottes dans les couloirs. Ne peut pas ĂȘtre louĂ© + cher.

Good value, excellently situated apartment

Excellent apartment with everything you need for a nice winter holiday in Tignes without breaking the bank. The two levels (living room/kitchen on ground floor plus bed room on second) of the apartment ensure you have plenty of space. The location is excellent, close to a chair lift and close to the stores and restaurants. The service beforehand (booking bed linen en towels) as well as during check in and out was very pleasant.

Bien situé mais manque d'entretien

L'appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© au centre de la station, au pied des pistes, mais la porte fenĂȘtre donnant sur le balcon laisse franchement passer les courants d'air et ferme mal, nous avons dĂ» colmater avec de la mousse et fermer le rideau. La chambre en mezzanine est trĂšs agrĂ©able avec une fenĂȘtre, on tient debout. La rĂ©sidence n'Ă©tait pas bien entretenue, est-ce parce que ce n'Ă©tait pas la haute saison...? Ascenseur et lumiĂšres de la cage d'escalier en panne, pas rĂ©parĂ©s de la semaine.

Appartement bien placé, mais...

L'appartement est bien placĂ© au cƓur de Val Claret. La rĂ©sidence est assez vĂ©tuste, l'ascenseur semble avoir dĂ©finitivement pris sa retraite. L'appartement en soi est conforme aux attentes, mais mĂ©riterait un bon rafraichissement. Attention notamment Ă  l'Ă©lectricitĂ©, vous risquez votre vie... Le nettoyage des vitres a dĂ» ĂȘtre fait au siĂšcle dernier, mais l'ensemble est propre. Finalement un rapport qualitĂ©/prix correct.

L'appartement Ă©tait propre. On voit qu'il a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ© mais malheureusement cela cache la misĂšre... prises et interrupteurs mal fixĂ©s, 1 chaise cassĂ©e, jour autour des fenĂȘtres, 3 chaines uniquement qui fonctionnent sur la TV (6,7 et 8) et pour finir ascenseur en panne sur la fin du sĂ©jour !

Good space

The duplex style made this a good space though the stairs are steep and would not suit everyone. Little balcony was nice and there was some view. The block is in a very convenient position but the communal areas are a bit time expired. The Interhome staff were helpful in sorting out niggling problems: blocked drain, hob not working. Furnishing basic and but functional. Wifi (via a dongle) very intermittent.
