"Los empleados fueron muy amables, todo muy limpio, los desayunos muy buenos y variados. La piscina es pequeña pero el lugar es ameno. Buena ubicacion, pasando la calle esta la playa de boca grande. La habitación y baño muy agradable y moderna aunque un poco pequeña"

"I am a frequent flyer to Cartagena and have tried multiple hotels in the city. Personally, I love this location because it is opposite Bocagrande, helping you avoid the crazy rush hour traffic. They also have an in-house travel agency, which makes booking tours a much better experience."

"the pool view is awesome… I liked the view from my room even though I didn’t opt for the sea view… its right off the beach so you can walk down and go to the water… the breakfast was very good it had a good variety, a few changes everyday!! Here’s the bad stuff… there’s no drawers to put your clothes, there’s no microwave… there’s no sliding door for the shower it’s like missing a door I asked the house keeper she said it’s like that every room… so I asked for extra floor towels as water splashed out… MY WORST EXPRRIENCE…. one day I asked for house keeping as I haven’t needed it for three days and they told me they would have someone right up I waited an hour… I got mad called down and said I waited an hour you said right away so are they coming or not?? So they said yes I’ll make sure they are coming right now… I told him I don’t believe him I need them to clean it I need new sheets, towels and trash taken he said ok. I left to go to the pool for 1 1/2 hr came back and it wasn’t done… I called again and I told them I need it done now you told me they would come and they haven’t been here, he said okay I’ll make sure they are coming… an hour later nothing so I went down stairs very mad, I told them it was NOT OKAY I wasted my day waiting bc I needed a shower and still no one!! The receptionist called and told them on walkie and 20 mins later they showed up… so from 2-730pm wasted! I’m on vacation at a 5star hotel… I should not have to wait that long or at least tell me!!"

"Everything was nice and clean. The staff were all kind, shout out to the ladies at the front desk Ibama, Loraine, and Carolai. The views from the roof top and restaurant were amazing."
