"So the hotel are like townhomes . We had the upper level of the townhome which was quite spacious . Big rooms plus dining area , faux fireplace , kitchenette and full size refrigerator and 2 bathrooms . For the price we paid —it’s a great deal especially if you come as a big family . I just thought despite the attempt for being modern it did look a little dated . Lighting in the rooms could be better . Because it’s huge, I imagine it’s hard to maintain and clean and it was dusty in some areas . We did not use the kitchenette but they provided soap/trash bags etc and the refrigerator was spacious . Front desk staff however was kind and helpful —gave recommendations and were very professional . We accidentally left a laptop and they said they will mail it to us . So that was definitely something we are grateful for . It’s located next to historic Williamsburg which was a plus and exterior part and grounds look amazing . Ac was working great . You could not hear the noise from the lower level when you are upstairs but as you enter you share a common entry to the townhome with the visitors below and could hear them ."

"The staff was excellent from front desk to the cleaning staff. Norma at the front desk we can’t say enough good things about. That includes all the front desk staff. They recommended a restaurant that was outstanding (Food for Thought). Rooms were cleaned daily which was done with great care and professionalism. We were disappointed that there was not a restaurant on grounds as advertised but was made up for by great recommendations"

"We stayed with our baby so I was a very picky mom but was very impressed with the property. Our room and balcony were clean, worst part was the AC leaked on the balcony but that is to be expected, just wear your sandals. The indoor pool was perfect for our afternoon cool down and easy to be out of the sun. Our family will be back!"

"The hotel setting is amazing. It is located at the end of the boardwalk that runs along the beach. The view is amazing. I was able to watch surfers and dolphins with our morning coffee on the deck. On arrival, I was disappointed to find that the hotel did not have on record that I had requested a room next to my friend. My friends also requested a room near me. They were not able to give me a room on the same floor. The hotel structure is older which you can see in the hallways. The rooms are all updated though. We also noticed the safe had a rusty hinge making it unable to use. Another problem area was the outlet near the sink. It was not working and I had to move the coffee maker to another area. Overall, I would consider staying at this hotel again."

"The property was in a great location. The fact that it is on the beach is hard at times to maintain a very clean main floor. Lots of people think it is okay to come out of the pool all wet and walk on the main floor with no regards to others. The biggest problem I had was it appeared to be mold on the ceiling. I took several pictures and show the front desk when I checked out. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant attached to the holiday is very nice."
