Would have been great if the heat was on in the room prior to check in (it was close to freezing and took a bit to warm up). "We had kids aged 1-8 and this property was perfect for them, especially since it was cold and rainy on our days. Our only disappointment was finding out that there was an EXTRA fee per day to have the pool heated to a usable temperature. We had assumed if we rented a property with a pool that we’d be able to enjoy it without paying more money."

"The description of the house states that the house is well stocked. It states shampoo, conditioner, soap included in your stay and that the house is fully stocked. There was not one bar of soap, shampoo and conditioner not present in any of the bathrooms. I have rented houses in the past and there were always plastic wrap or tin foil or ziplock bags provided. This house had none. There were no baking sheets. House had a really nice deck and view but the street and neighborhood was sketchy."

"The home worked well for our stay. The furniture was comphy and the kitchen was stocked well with supplies. The pool table was a lot of fun and the backyard was great. The management team was quick to respond with support. The alarm was a problem and the bathroom floors were dirty, left over hair and debris. No shampoo or soap was left for us. The master bedroom didnt not have any window covers the first night. The management team was quick to bring them over the next day but they were broken....
