This new and perfect vacation home has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Beautifully constructed and decorated, you will never want to leave. There is room for the entire family with a split design for luxurious privacy. The fabulous kitchen is equipped with all of the tools and appliances needed to host your entire family for a weekend where cooking will be a breeze, every detail has been thought of in this home.

There is a gas fireplace which provides a wonderful focal point for gatherings. There is also a large TV in the great room coupled with comfy furniture which will be everyone's favorite spot while on vacation.

The outdoor living areas are peaceful and private. You will love the quiet forested surroundings which are still only two minutes removed from town. You will relish grilling in the back in your private haven. There is plenty of room for the whole family to lounge, relax and listen to the breeze through the tress. Bonus of this house is that the heated garage has been converted to a game room full of games, ping pong and foosball. This home truly has a corner for everyone.

This home is configured so that there are 3 bedrooms in the main house. Above the garage is a private attached residence with 2 additional bedrooms, living area, and a kitchenette. All newly constructed with luxurious and comfortable finishes.

Our home is located on Bend's west side, along Century Drive, on the road to Mt Bachelor and steps from Tetherow.

Pets are permitted with prior approval and a $15/night pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

Please note, if you choose to book with this home, you will be receiving a separate rental agreement that will need to be electronically signed before your stay.

This property is great for a larger group with children. It got off to a bit of a rocky start but the mgmt company jumped on the situation and got everything cleared up lickity-split. Thanks for letting us stay

Awesome Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location to everything was perfect. There was everything you needed in the house. Plenty of open space, a nice outside patio, and plenty of garage space and other items for the kids to occupy themselves with. Very clean and comfy. Definitely would book again when back in the area.

Fun place in great location

We had a great stay in this fun house. Plenty of room to spread out, with a great second kitchen in the two-bedroom apartment above the garage. Loved the ping-pong and foosball tables. It's tricky to find so I suggest people arrive during daylight and look for the 45 mph sign to find the driveway. Will definitely stay here again. A note to the owners: the disposal in the kitchen sink did not work.

Weekend Stay for OSU Graduation

Property was located within minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. Access to walking/trail system to Bend literally across the road and which we took full advantage of to enjoy nature. Kitchen well stocked with what was needed for 12 adults. Plenty of space for all of us and our vehichles as we came from different places in the Willamette Valley. Would definitely stay again

Another work Trip

We stayed here in December on a work trip. And again here we are another work trip and we got the same house. This house is amazing like the last time. Check in was easy, the house had everything we needed to make us feel like we were at our own home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing house and at a great rate.

Home was clean and comfortable. The house is right off a main road so there is a lot of road noise which was not a big deal for us because we did not hang out in front and it wasn't bothersome when in the backyard but if you wanted to open windows that faced the front, it was loud. The beds were really comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Wish there were more towels and toiletry supplies.

Beautiful Home, Excellent Location, Perfect Stay

The home is beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of dishes, pots & pans, silverware, etc. Plenty of room for my extended family group of 11. The home is close to downtown, hiking trails, the Deschutes river, and shops. Property managers are available via phone or text and are quick to respond. Although at the time of our stay the property description said the garage/game room was heated, it is not. We were still able to play ping pong and foosball, but jackets were needed! I would stay here again anytime!!!

Great indoor space, not much outdoor space

Overall good experience, when we arrived, the house had not been cleaned due to a last minute owner booking. Arrive remedied the issue quickly and refunded me some money for the hassle. Overall, the house could use some carpet shampooing but was otherwise pretty clean and nice. There is lots of indoor sleeping which is great, no kids fighting over beds with this property, however, it should be noted that there is VERY little outdoor space. There is a patio and a deck that we used a lot, but no room for kids to run and play and no grass for yard games, so leave them at home ;) Overall, it was a good experience. Only giving 4 stars because the carpets really needed shampooed and the garage (converted to a playroom) had a bunch of random stuff left behind (large cardboard boxes, old beanbags, plastic floor liner from a vehicle, etc….). It wasn’t a big deal at all, we just moved stuff out of the way, but those were my complaints. Beds were comfy, A/C kept us comfortable, and there was new white linens in the bathrooms.

Group Getaway

We had a great time. The accommodations for our group of 7 worked out great. There are stairs to navigate especially to the upstairs rooms over the garage. Parking was ample for three vehicles, but backing in would be suggested due to the fairly steep driveway. The house is very well stocked and very clean. A suggestion would be to put at least one patio table on the the back deck.
