Clean, Spacious, and Convenient

This home was spacious and modern with a nice amount of space for an extended stay. It was closer to the downtown area and many of the breweries and restaurants we wanted to visit than some of the more popular lodges in town. However, it was not in the most updated part of town, and I would not call it walkable to downtown places. It worked well for us, but it does depend what you are looking for! I would have loved for there to be a DVD player so we could rent from the last Blockbuster, but other than that, we had everything we needed!

Perfect in Bend

This little house is perfectly located near town. It is thoughtfully stocked with everything needed and perfectly decorated for a comfortable, peaceful stay. We will definitely book again!

Perfect getaway retreat

The Mod Pod is the perfect size and is decorated well. We had everything we needed in the gourmet kitchen, bath, and W/D. It is close to downtown and Drake park. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Easy check-in, nice neighborhood and centrally located to downtown and Old Mill area. Spacious living room, small but adequate bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen was very well equipped and enjoyed the fresh coffee beans with grinder. Came visit our daughter who moved to Bend last fall and will definitely return!

Cousins Reunion

Stayed a few days and this compact, very clean home fit our needs. Thoughtfully appointed, everything we needed to crash for a few nights. First night we walked downtown for dinner. Bonus! Easily walkable to community center with beautiful Olympic sized pool. Would stay here again without question.

This is a lovely well thought out spot. We were very comfortable while inside. Outside was a different story, neighborhood seemed a bit iffy

We were able to easily drive to nearby parks and walking paths. Grocery store nearby. One issue: someone (probably a student of the nearby high school) parked in the street blocking our car’s exit from the parking path.

Anniversary getaway

We had a great time! We had a lot of food and drink options! Loved having the bird bikes at our disposal, made it more of an adventure for us. Will deff be back and would for sure stay at this location again. *our first night the neighbor stayed up very late and had their windows open*

This was a great small house. The place is very clean. There was detergent for laundry and washing dishes. A new sponge left and soap for other dishes not going in the dish washer. At the end of the stay I noticed the clothes washer had dirty water and smelled, so I reported it and had a response from the property in less then 30 minutes. Google will take you the wrong location so just know it's around the corner around the corner.

Modest clean VRBO in bend

The property was clean. It could have offered more shampoo , body wash etc. Only small tube of each provided . Queen bed mattress not great. Overall the place is nice. In bend there are lots of these converted garage VRBO places !

Convenient and clean

We loved our stay in the Mod Pod. It was sparkling clean when we arrived and we had everything we needed. Really appreciated the basic spices and cooking necessities. While the location wasn’t easily walkable to downtown it was a very quick drive and very convenient. The AC is only in the main living space, not the bedroom so in the warmer months you definitely need to leave the window open at night. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend a stay in the mod pod.

Nice 1 bedroom with a kids loft. Bath & bedroom heaters worked but the living room heater did not. Other wise nice. Little confusing which house it is because it sits behind the house with the same address.

The house was immaculate and fully stocked with a fabulous working kitchen. The living room was extremely comfortable and full of sunlight. The location was close to old mill and anything else we wanted to see. The communication with the management company was fantastic!!! I can’t wait to come back here , it was perfect in every way!!!!

Great stay! Super-responsive hosts. The place was neat & tidy and very well appointed in the kitchen. Though we typically prefer to stay on the westside, this is very easy access to/from, and we found some good coffee spots very close.
