We mentioned about it only on the next morning, and the staff apologized and suggested that had we reported when we first noticed the smell, they would have moved us to another room. Overall, the facility is good and easily accessible. I would still recommend, irrespective of the minor inconvenience given the other benefits it offers due to the proximity to the key areas and businesses in the city."

"Good stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely great with tons of options, South Indian, North Indian, continental, etc. and the spa is great for a relaxing massage. While the rooms are definitely on the smaller side, they are super clean and modern. My only critique is that they lack some basic 5-star amenities like a hot tub or a sauna in the wellness area. Overall though, it's a solid, clean, and decent place to stay in central Chennai!"
