This was our first time at Grand Chennai by GRT. We stayed from 11th to 19th Dec 2025. I must say that we are very impressed by everything. From the food options, management, staff, rooms, assistance when needed, everything was great. What stood out are the hotel staff who was able to cater to our needs any time of the day. They are polite and go the extra mile. Food was good too..They have quite abit of options for room service. We enjoyed their breakfast spread too and staff on duty were very accommodating during breakfast to our requests. Staff greet you with a warm smile and check on us too. Overall, we are glad to have chosen GRT for our stay. Thank you very much for your services.

This hotel is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms are barely better than motel6 USA standards. The room entrance and bathrooms/showers are barely 7ft tall. The buffet and pool are ok. We selected grapes as daily amenities . I stayed for 4 days and asked for it for 3 days and it never came. Save your money and book elsewhere if you want a true 5 star experience.
