"There are multiple middle vendors for maintaining the reservation on this property there is no pool but it was mentioned on the listing that its part of the amenities terrible service no air conditioning but was advertised to be one the whole room smelled pretty bad despite raising the concern noone able to resolve it in time. "To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. Please contact this hotel directly for any booking. Thanks!"

"Modern hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The communal areas and rooms are beautifully modern, with stylish, comfortable decor. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax, with lovely bed linen and a fresh modern feel. The rooftop pool was also a highlight, with comfortable loungers and a fantastic view from the top floor. Unfortunately, the Soma Lounge was a little disappointing. On two out of the three nights of our stay, there were insects on the plates of food at the buffet, which was quite off-putting. I did bring this to the hotel’s attention on two occasions, but unfortunately, they didn’t seem particularly bothered and I didn’t feel like anyone was going to take steps to address the underlying issue. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, particularly its modern design, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and lovely rooftop pool."
