"The place was spacious and made an excellent base for exploring the Suffolk area whilst being really quiet. Shower wasn't great but they'd provided all the utensils you'd need for cooking and enjoying your stay. Bed had a rubber cover and there was a noisy liner under the bed sheet which made it very warm but it was comfortable. Decor and furnishings are fairly budget but it's good value and ultimately a nice space to relax and enjoy the evening after a day out exploring and walking."

"The cottage was perfect for my wifes and my 5 night stay. The cottage is very cozy with bunches of character situated in a beautiful and serene setting. The cottage was decorared nicely, ad everything you need for a stay and we enjoyed the artwork. Our host was great; she provided welcoming gifts and also had tea, coffee and milk for us and was very nice to speak with. "Really nice experience in booking and pre- information. The cottage is annexed to a main farm house and sits in the grounds of an old farm. It's really secluded and beautiful place to stay. It's really close to RSPB Minsmere where we spent much of our 3 day stay and close to Southwold which is a well worth spending time. The cottage is very clean, spacious and good amenities, I would highly recommend"

"Beautiful wood framed 18th (I think)Century timber- framed cottage It is really cosy (but not small) with an interesting staircase leading up to up to the two bedrooms where the old roof- timbers are exposed . Bathroom & shower bathroom is conveniently situated near to the bedrooms on the first floor. Open fireplace downstairs & parking space off the road.. Perfect! We would love to stay again soon."

"Good to have a return visit to this lovely cottage. I love the front garden, which is full of traditional 'cottage garden' flowers and was as beautiful as I remembered. The inside is tastefully furnished and well equipped with everything you need. It's a good base for visiting the coast and the nearby reserves such as Minsmere."

"Communication from owner was clear, friendly and helpful. Property is fairly quiet, with lovely sitting room and log burner. Master bedroom was nice with plenty of space around the bed and openable windows to get the temperature right."
