"There is no denying that this is a beautiful apartment which has been furnished to a high specification and we enjoyed our stay here. However due to COVID we were asked to check in 2 hours later so that the apartment could be "deep cleaned". We therefore didn't expect to find dirty cupboards, crockery and cutlery. "Lovely little terrace house in a great location. Very steep stairs and low doorway for staircase so kept bumping out heads and could do with a foam protector on door frame. Kitchen is small so not ideal for cooking in but otherwise lovely decor and good shower. We still have not received our damage deposit back though and it has been more than 3 weeks since our stay and there was no damage to the property or the contents and not contact about it either. I would have given it 4 stars otherwise."

"We needed a weekend away as a family as Christmas wasnt as expected with an unexpected loss of a loved one. This cottage offered us all the cosiness we needed to be together, but space too!
