"Beautiful cottage in a great location. Felt at home straight away with all the amenities and more that you could want. Fantastic location, a stone's throw from the beach. Everything provided was tasteful and of a high spec/standard. Would definitely recommend to others to stay. Lucy was easy to contact and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended. Our only critique is that the property is now looking really tired and the owners should think about redecorating, especially the bathrooms. Seeing the endless number of holiday rentals available in Aldburgh I dont think we'd stay again if returning."

"The property was lovely suited our requirements as it had a ground floor bedroom, no need to go upstairs. Had everything we required. Lovely kitchen and bathroom. The only downside was it had not be cleaned properly, worksurfaces still had food debris and both sofas needed a vacuum over, plus they were stained. Would certainly recommend the house."

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

"We only stayed for one night (booked for 5) as my wife fell down the stairs on the second day and broke her arm. The stairs were very steep and the treads were not deep enough to take more than around half the foot. This should have been properly explained in the description and is most definately not suitable for anyone young or old who has any difficulty in walking or negotiating stairs. As my wife suffers from a condition that effects her balance we most definately would not have booked this...

"This property has been very carefully designed to suit anyone with a disability. It is suitably located near to the sea front , restaurants & shops but is in a quiet location. It has a disabled car parking bay on the road outside & other free parking nearby.I enjoyed my stay there & will certainly return."

"Low Tide is very convenient for the beach and Aldeburgh’s excellent High Street, with its own off-road parking. It is a rather small property although we found it both warm and quite comfortable for two. My only gripe is that we both found the mattresses rather too hard for a comfortable nights sleep!"

"The property was clean and neat. Smaller than I anticipated. Anyone over 6' beware, low ceilings in the bedrooms and bathroom. Shower not built for tall people. 2 flights of stairs to the bedrooms which were very pleasant. Both bedrooms had basins which was a blessing because the only bathroom was on the ground floor.Our experience was marred by the fact that we were given the wrong code for the keysafe and had to wait well over an hour to get into the property on arrival. I spoke on the phone...

"Cutlery drawer smells musty, has cutlery been put away wet. The accessibility is limited, the toilet is difficult for a wheelchair user and can only be reached in a small wheelchair, similar problem with the shower. I use a standard manual wheelchair and I struggled."
