"Wow, where do I even begin? The staff at Gle Nairobi were absolutely incredible. They didn’t just do their jobs—they welcomed us like family. From sharing laughs to teaching us more Swahili than we already knew, every moment felt genuine and full of heart. This was truly a wonderful experience, and one we’ll never forget. "Had a very nice stay at Trademark.. Very expensive hotell in Kenya but good location at Village Market mall with a lot of restaurants and shopping. Nice pool area on the roof top and very freindly staff.. "

"The room was okay. The location was amazing but what made the place? Truly truly excellent was Winfred. The rest of the staff was nice, but Winfred took it to a whole different level she needs to be given a raise a promotion. She needs to be the person teaching everyone customer service. It was extremely professional, informative, friendly. It didn't feel like she was just giving you answers so you can get away. She was actually taking time to look into your problems, solving them and suggesting stuff to make you stay even better. She's amazing"
