I was not happy with the respond time from management in regards to washer/dryer not functioning,wasted the whole afternoon waiting for them to come fix it and they did not show up until much later, also paid 1 extra day via cash but waited a few days for a copy of receipt after multiple texting/email/phone calls that went unanswered. "Stayed 8 nights on two occasions and that tells you all you need to know lol. Seriously, this is a wonderful hotel, definitely 5 star. I stayed in a basic room, which is large by comparison to most hotels. King bed, super comfortable, bathroom was super. Breakfast buffet is top notch. This property is immaculate and in a good location. Highly recommend. P.S., if you're going to eat the breakfast buffet daily, definitely included it in your room reservation as the price doubles if you ask for it on arrival. "
