"An Exceptional Stay – Luxury, Outstanding Service and Genuine Care We had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Luxury Apartments and Hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the beautiful, brand-new luxury apartments to the exceptional service, everything exceeded our expectations. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and genuinely caring. They didn’t just provide excellent service during our stay; they followed up and made sure we were well looked after. One moment that particularly stood out was when my son accidentally hit his head in the pool. Multiple staff members checked on him each day afterwards to make sure he was okay. This level of genuine care and attention meant so much to us as a family and speaks volumes about the people who work here. As someone travelling with a child who has coeliac disease, finding safe gluten-free food can be challenging, particularly in Vietnam. Lancaster was the only hotel throughout our entire Vietnam trip that provided proper gluten-free options, including gluten-free bagels and bread. This made an enormous difference to our experience and allowed us to enjoy breakfast without the stress of having to negotiate suitable food every morning. The combination of luxurious, modern accommodation, thoughtful service and genuine attention to guests’ individual needs made this hotel stand out above everywhere else we stayed. "Our stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon was an amazing start to our trip to Vietnam. Standouts include: the staff, the breakfast, and the top level view. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and were always willing to go above and beyond. We very much enjoyed our included breakfast, especially with the amazing view from the top level next to the pool. The Sky Bar was also an amazing spot for a drink, though expect to pay hotel prices. Our room was very clean and spacious, however our shower did leak slightly - though this was no issue. Overall an amazing stay and would highly recommend. We will be back when we return to HCMC."
