"Have been coming to Newport Channel Inn for 12 years. It is our go-to motel for our beach staycays. The rooms have been updated. Clean. Lots of towels. Bed comfy. Staff is very friendly. Air conditioning worked great. You get a parking pass for your stay so parking is great."

"We had a wonderful 7-night stay at this VRBO in Newport Beach! The home was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent—they were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out.One of the best parts was the location. It was an easy walk to the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the ocean without having to drive or worry about parking.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained place in a great location. We would happily stay here again!"

"The house is just as described. Lots of room to sleep and spread out. We took kids and it was very easy to get to the beach. The parking spot is very small so you will need to find parking on the street. That was the only challenge we faced. Very clean. The two balconies in the mornings and evenings were amazing! Appreciated the room AC on the warm afternoons. Definitely recommend this location!"

"My initial experience was horrible, but after talking to host and VRBO representative I was afforded comfortable accommodations and upgrade at no cost. The room I was given had a balcony and it was CLEAN! This place was across street from beach, had a mini fridge and coffee pot with tv inside only. There is an area on 1st floor that has microwave, coffee pot and water dispenser. Ooh yeah, balcony rooms are facing street so the car traffic during day can be loud but at night is is quiet. I will now stay here again."
