Excellent venue

This was the perfect spot to host a going away party. The spot was great with tons of things to do and keep entertained. Todd was extremely helpful and made the whole process easy. Looking forward to coming back here.

Best place ever

This location is the best for gatherings. It has everything you need then some. The host is amazing in every way and this is our second time as a business but others in our team have also booked for personal reasons many times. We will continue to use the venue and this host for years to come. You wont regret booking here.

Great stay!

Ended a bachelor party here!. Great way to end the night. Everything was set up perfectly. There was a ton of activities and the tents set up with the cots were great. Highly recommended stay!

Such a fun spot!

I rented this listing for my daughters birthday party and it was absolutely perfect! Todd was so accommodating and friendly. He met us there and helped us get set up. He even left phone chargers for us because my phone was dead when we got there. The rock climbing wall was awesome, there was propane for the bbq and wood for the fire bit. It had everything you need to have fun. It was clean and well stocked. We slept comfortably in the huge “glamping tents”. Everything exceeding our expectations! We will definitely be staying here again!

Hosted a surprise 30th Birthday for my Son! So much fun, so many activities so unsuspecting!

Better than photos! Super clean, organized full of everything you could possible need. Lots street parking. Everyone that came (including the catering company) was amazed and wondered where in the heck I found this place. Everyone asked for the contact info. Todd the owner was always available to answer questions and check in to make sure everything was as I was promised! Would recommend this to everyone for a fun adventure!

Great affordable option near beach

Fun, unique option for a short-term rental near the beach. Pros: Well maintained Affordable Close proximity to beach and bars Lots of provided activities Cons: Not the best neighborhood in OC but there is a lock on the entrance for some security Sleeping arrangements not the best. A few of us had issues with bug bites. We suspected bed bugs from the cots since we did not see many mosquitos flying around. Overall, I think the pros outweighed the cons but next time I will bring my own tent and sleeping bag to avoid the bug bites.

Awesome place !

This was my first time on VRBO and this was one of the first places that popped up while I was looking to host my baby shower costume party! Host was great, the place was amazing, my guests had a great time and all asked how they can book this place for their own parties in the future !

Plenty of space and utilities to use

The great thing about the place was they had a grill which we used, and a lot of other things to use. The only bad thing is we went when the weather was extremely humid so the restroom was really hot and humid as well. Other than that it was a good place to stay in a good location. Check in right at the time it says.

I had my birthday party here, and although I had some last minute requests, Todd was super accommodating and was willing to work with me. Fantastic Spot for Group Events!

This location was the PERFECT spot for our sports team retreat! So many activities that kept us entertained, and a lot of space to set up additional tents. We loved the fact that it was an outdoor area and the string lights made the space very cozy at night. Todd was very responsive and helpful. Can’t recommend this Vrbo enough, will definitely keep this spot in mind for next year!

Even better than expected!

This property was amazing! My friends and I stayed here for my birthday, and we had a great time with all the activities that were there. There were 11 of us in total, and there was enough space for all our tents. The bathroom was also really clean and nice. Todd was a great host and even helped us figure out how to put up one of our tents. The only weird thing that happened was that some men entered the fenced-in area around 2am, but I think it's because we forgot to lock the gate behind us so make sure to do that. Luckily nothing bad happened.

AMAZING!

The place is exactly as advertised! The host is amazing and communicative. Had a little get together after dinner and we all had a blast playing the games. We even plan on booking again to watch a dodger game and grill there !

Unique Fun Venue

It was perfect for our family getaway and place to gather with our college student and her buddies. The rock wall, axe throwing and slack line were the favorite activities. My teenage son did not want to leave. Definitely will rent again.

Perfect for large groups and a casual, fun time

I was looking for a place that could accommodate a large group of me and my friends to celebrate my birthday. This was the perfect venue for what I was looking for. I wanted a big space for my my group (25 people) to get together, eat, and drink. There was a number of activities available at this location: ping pong, rock climbing, corn hole, etc. to entertain everyone. The location was secure, the RV was cozy and clean, and there was a tent available for overflow if we needed. We were all truly impressed by this place. Todd, the owner, was so accommodating. He answered all of my questions and was so friendly. I'm already looking to book this location for future events. 100% recommend.

We had one of the best trips of our lives

Let's start with the host. Todd was very accommodating, helpful, and respectful. We had 11 friends from 8 states join us for a friends reunion. The space was fun and full of activities. It was the perfect space to start our day and end our day. We set up an extra three tents and made memories of a lifetime. The party centered around the bar and we had the perfect after-hours location. The fact that the spot is in an industrial area gives you a huge privacy aspect that you would never be able to get this close to the beach. We all had amazing memories exploring HB, NB, and CM. Highly recommend for friends getting together
