"Needed more cutlery and plates if you are going to use the dishwasher. Could have had another set of towels for a week stay. Some cleaning spray (ie Spray and Wipe) for the bathroom basin and kitchen benchtops and extra cloths would be good."

"Our booking was for Monday 1st May -Labour Day in Qld public holiday. The room given was located on level 1 with a view of the child care centre but fortunately it had not been cleaned so we were moved to level 6 which did have a view. False advertising if left in room on level 1. Toilet continuously running door to laundry broken. Managed by Airtrip who operate out of the UK. Deposit of $300 taken as payment not authorisation as with most operators in Aust. Had to pay International Processing...

"We had an amazing stay at the property at Dolphin heads, the views were incredible and we had possums visit in the evenings. Close to shops and the restaurant and bar on the property was amazing. Loved the pool and check in and check out was so easy. Great communication and we felt like we didn't want to leave. Thank you for having us. ☺️"

"The photos don't do this accommodation justice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the accommodation had everything we needed. We loved the little extras such as coffee, cotton buds, good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The views are out of this world. Communication with host was excellent. "The unit was dirt from the moment we opened the door. There was hair on the floor and the carpet. The carpet is so badly stained and dirty it needs to be replaced. The lounge has a large hole in it. The TV didnt work properly it had double vision. The bathroom was not cleaned and also had someones hair on the floor. The bed had a plastic protector on it so it sounded and felt terrible and the bed was rock hard. The side tables were covered in dust. There was only one bin liner for a week the...
