"Have stayed here previously and also at a lot of Motels in Mackay I must say the improvements at this property are exceptional Room was in impeccable condition spotless, bed very good and staff extremely friendly Well worth a visit!!! "

"First the good: secure parking is great and the rooms are a good size. However this place is looking very tired. No maintenance is done, shower head held on with a cable tie. Stained carpets and walls and the bed worn out. Balcony is good but unusable with all the smoking going on. Not a smoke free property. No smart TV for streaming or casting. Location is good but how about a coat of paint and new carpets, for the cost. Absolutely no room service for fresh towels etc unless you stay 7 days....
