"Clean room, the cleaning staff was great. My room was #901, which was directly behind the elevator shaft. I could hear every bit of noise from the elevator when it started, stopped, and some nights, screeching sounds. I asked the staff to change my room to the same type, but they gave me a different, older room where the carpet had rips, and the couch had rips. I got a lesser quality room for the remainder of my 5-day stay. I've stayed here numerous times, but I think my last visit will be my last. "

"I loved the location of this hotel, right downtown and close to everything I wanted to see. Right on bus line to take me to aquarium. Walking distance to Riverlwalk and Millennium Park. There were not too many dining option on the weekend which really surprised me. Property was great. The pool was too small for me to try it."
