5/5 Excellent
Sun, sand, & sea!
"Our experience at the Windsong was excellent. Our vacation goal was to relax in the sand, play in the ocean, & sun by the pool. Windsong gave us everything.
The room was top value for TCI. The single bedroom bungalow was clean & comfortable. Very well maintained.
The dining options were okay, not great. Figuring out the breakfast situation took a day. The grab & go option in the lobby disappointed. The barista was not friendly & our coffee undrinkable. Poolside & the dunes were better. Suggest keeping expectations low & be surprised.
The rest of the staff was friendly, courteous, & professional. Grounds were immaculate. Best to understand that this is more a condo complex run as a hotel."

5/5 Excellent
"All inclusive resort on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. My friends and I stayed in a large 2 bedroom villa overlooking the ocean. We had a large balcony with a gorgeous view.
The staff was friendly and welcoming.
Some of the units are being updated so I would recommend you request a unit that has been renovated.
Upon check in you receive a schedule of the restaurants. It takes a day to figure things out. The buffet was plentiful breakfast was excellent . Dinner was a 4/5. The reservation process was difficult to navigate. You can only make reservations the day of. We recommend taking the shuttle to Blue Haven their sister resort which is more upscale. Fire and Ice restaurant was 5/5
We would definitely return"
