"We absolutely loved the home and particularly the location directly on the beach. Because it is such a calm area, we were able to spend the majority of the trip in the ocean/on the beach. The covered part of the pool was also a plus for the afternoon it rained. Julian was very welcoming and responsive when we needed help. The only negative was the abundant mosquitos, which was noted in the documents provided in advance. A suggestion to provide candles or something of the sort to deter the pests when enjoying the outdoors would've been appreciated. We had bug spray, as suggested, but anything additional would help. Overall, it was amazing. We do girl trips every few years and we all agreed this was the best one yet! Thank you for making your home available to us. We hope to visit again soon. "

"Have rented several VRBO Villas in the Caribbean, this was BY FAR the best and most beautiful. More utensils, bowls, plates, baking dishes and pans, pool and beach towels, even tupperware containers than you will ever need. The outdoor gas grill is perfect, direct gas feed, no tanks! Next to it is a large ice maker than never got lower than half, and believe me with 6 adults we used some ice! Julian, the property manager was great and they even sent in housekeepers halfway through our week. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers! We WILL be back!"

The property is perfect for families or groups traveling together—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made sharing the home with another family so easy.The location couldn’t be better—just 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to Sapodilla Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The views of Chalk Sound are absolutely breathtaking, and the property offers two pools, kayaks, and plenty of pool toys for the kids. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen stocked with all the essentials, plus tons of towels and utensils.The décor is a bit dated, but the house was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive from start to finish.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home with million-dollar views in Turks and Caicos, look no further. We would definitely stay here again"
