"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,...

"We loved our stay at this amazing beach villa. The house was wonderful and had plenty of room for 3 separate families. The upstairs deck is where we would enjoy our coffee each morning and the beach is truly incredible. Perfect water for kids. Julian was great to work with for the check in process and was happy to answer any questions we had. There are vendors pretty close by that play music through the day and sometimes that could be a little off putting, but the tci bar makes amazing fresh drinks so there are some perks. The only real negative we had were the mosquitos but they had a big tropical storm the week before and I’m guessing that contributed to extra mosquitos. Overall we had the best vacation! "

"This is an amazing property! Check in was easy and quick. Michael is a great host! The kitchen is perfect for a large group and the million dollar views are unmatched. They have kayaks that you can deploy right from the on-property dock. There are nearby beaches that you can row to and a shipwreck to explore. Snorkeling right from the dock is a like a mini choral reef. Loads of fish and colorful chroal along the rocks.All around great property!"

"We stayed for a week in August. 5 adults, 4 kids aged 7-14. Villa Blue Heaven was Phenomenal. The entire home was just incredible. It is on one of the best beaches in Turks (within feet of the house), they have thought of EVERYTHING at this house. The owners were extremely helpful with communications prior to our stay, and once we arrived, Julien and Tamika were quick to reply to our questions. The 24/7 on-site security was nice to have but not needed. We just can not state enough how fantastic our experience was at this house. We will book this home again!!!!"
"We had an incredible stay at this 2-acre waterfront estate in Turks and Caicos! The property is perfect for families or groups traveling together—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made sharing the home with another family so easy.The location couldn’t be better—just 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to Sapodilla Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The views of Chalk Sound are absolutely breathtaking, and the property offers two pools, kayaks, and plenty of pool toys for the kids. We cooked most of our meals and found the kitchen stocked with all the essentials, plus tons of towels and utensils.The décor is a bit dated, but the house was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed. Communication with the owner was smooth and responsive from start to finish.If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home with million-dollar views in Turks and Caicos, look no further.
