"Amazing location at Sapodilla bay. Incredible home design with heated pool just one step outside and 20 more steps to the beach. Kids spent most days going between SUP and kayaks in the ocean to playing in the pool. We had a chef cook for us throughout the week and hired a driver to take us to Grace bay, mango clear kayak tour and a day on a private catamaran snorkeling and site seeing. We saw dolphins, squid, reef sharks, fish and turtles on our tour. There were several airings of rays right in sapodilla bay on various days. Can’t wait to come back. "

"The BEST vacation we ever had!!! We took our kids and their significant others to celebrate our 30th Anniversary! The views from the villa were truly sensational and the house was clean. It was great that we had seats on the beach reserved. At night, we sat outside in the hut and played cards. The only thing is we wished you could access the second floor of the home without going outside. It worked for us because our children are adults. We loved having the vendors on the beach for fun drinks and food and the upbeat music. We did the jet skis and highly recommend the 4 hour snorkeling catamaran. Dana was very helpful with suggestions on restaurants. We ate at Seven, Las Brias, Coco Bistro, and Grace’s cottage. All had great food. We enjoyed The Ritz Carlton Casino then we watched fireworks on the beach for New Year’s Eve. It was beautiful. We would definitely book this villa again if we come back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Estates Villa for the holidays. It is a spacious house with amazing views and easy access to Chalk Sound for swimming and kayaking. Just a short drive/walk and you can access Taylor beach for white sands and calm waters. We were grateful to our concierge Georgette for arranging a special Xmas dinner for the 9 of us at Marine Room restaurant and a fabulous snorkeling trip with TCI Adventures. Highly recommend."
