"Loved our stay here.... Very small boutique hotel, with the most amazing location! The staff were the friendliest we met in our entire Vietnam trip - & English was really good! And their kids are totally cute! Travelled with one teen, so in the family room which had plenty of room. A few minor upgrades needed in the bedroom - (lamp shades were tatty), but overall it was a very cheap clean stay. Lots of lovely cafes within walking distance. Unfortunately the weather wasn't the greatest so we didn't use the pool or the bikes, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast selection was only small, but sufficient and there was a small menu to choose something freshly cooked off. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Excellent accommodation in this charming colonial hotel. We had a balcony room on the top floor overlooking the inner courtyard. This made it a quiet oasis. The hotel was clean with helpful staff. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of fresh food. It was minutes walk to the Old Quarter or to the riverside."
