"This is my go to resort next trip,I have been to Hoi an 3 times and stayed at different resorts but this one ticked a lot of boxes from the staff to the breakfast to the spa and bar we were well looked after.Boutique resort so pool was not large but adequate with no traffic noise as it is set back from the main road to old town,a 15 minute stroll.Restaurants,bars supermarket,laundry all next to resort.I will be back."

"This is my second stay this year at the Cozy An hotel. I really enjoyed the first time so this time I brought my wife. The suite was large and comfortable and it also had a balcony. The pool area is very nice as is the breakfast room. Would I stay there again, yes absolutely! Great value, good location, and amazing staff!"
