"The property is very big and spacious with several buildings and open grounds and gardens, a large pool and its own spa. The breakfast buffet was great with so many local and continental options to choose from. The room was clean and had all the amenities but everything is just a little run down. The property could definitely use a renovation to be up to the 4-star standards it claims to offer. We had a few other issues: the curtains did not close completely nor was their material blackout, so light did pour into the room at sunrise. Also the street is very noisy in the mornings since there is a school nearby and we woke up every morning to the sound of screaming children. Likewise, the corridors within the hotel echo loudly so we could hear everyone passing by outside our room. Some sound-proofing is definitely needed for the rooms. Despite these drawbacks the hotel’s location is great. It’s on a less busy street just outside of the Old Town (a much calmer area than near the river!!). Accessible to cars (since some streets are pedestrian only which is very inconvenient with luggage). Right next to the Hoi An museum. Walking distance to Old Town and the sites to be seen there. Nearby custom-making tailors and leather-workers. Overall, the property is nice but with a little renovation it has the potential to be absolutely wonderful."

"The staff at Little Riverside were so beautiful, kind and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again. The view of the river was great. Use of the bikes was super. The breakfast was sooooo yummy. Nothing was too much trouble."

"We liked the layout of the interior of the hotel. We enjoyed the pool The breakfast was first rate and varied. The variety of Vietnamese and Western dishes left us full until dinner time. The coffee is great, as usual"

"The hotel was really COZY. The rooms were clean & very neat. The staffs were very helpful. They attended to our needs & helped us with our transfer & our tours. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast, sumptuous & they see to it the buffet was clean. Thank you for our enjoyable stay"

"Booked for 2 nights had to leave early the staff were great about and counld not of been more helpful and concerned, A very handy spot to stay only a quick grab to old town and we walked back from Old Town i think about 800 metres.Breakfast was fine for a smaller pleace."

"This is my second stay at the Hoi An Central Hotel in the past four years, and it has once again exceeded my expectations. The hotel and its staff are true gems in this beautiful city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast is excellent. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and cared for. During this visit, the staff did something very thoughtful and personal for my wife that made her stay truly unforgettable. I’ll keep the details private, but their kindness and attention to detail meant the world to us. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hoi An Central Hotel. It easily earns my highest recommendation, and when I return to Hoi An, this will once again be my hotel of choice. Kind regards, Charlie"
