I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and comfortable, which made it a great place to relax and get some rest. The only thing that could have made an already great experience perfect would be an on-site restaurant. There are plenty of fast-food options nearby, but having a restaurant with some good, freshly cooked food would really be the icing on the cake. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Great hotel, great staff, and a very comfortable atmosphere!

Above all, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot something in the fridge, called to ask if I could return later that afternoon to get it, and not only did they hold it for me, but they also put it in the kitchen fridge so it stayed cool! This increased my perception of the hotel because the room I was staying in was not very clean. The bathroom contained many different kinds of hairs that were not mine and there were a few little spots that appeared to look like blood on part of the door. By the time I realized this, it was already late and I was too tired to pack all of my stuff up to move to a different room.

Hotel location is very close to Texas Tech Campus and food. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Free breakfast is ….free but nothing exceptional. Elevator had issues and door lock to room battery died. Had to wait for maintenance to come and put in new battery (hr in total). The compensated me for the issue with a reduced room rate. Overall a good experience due to the friendly and helpful staff.

AC did not even blow air at all the first night. The only option I received was a dusty rusty fan. They were fully booked, but sister properties were available and nothing was offered, but to tell me I was out of luck. No options, no apologies, no assistance moving. I did get moved early the next morning and it was much better. But that first night was hot and and miserable with no solution. Staff was nice enough and the breakfast was pretty good and they kept it well stocked. Except for the AC issue and lack of “making it right” somehow, not a bad place. Both rooms were clean.
