We always stay at this hotel when we visit our kids at Texas Tech. The staff is always so nice and welcoming and attentive to our needs. The only downside this past stay was a slight musty odor in the hotel room. This is the only complaint I have had over multiple stays. We will stay here again!

First time staying here, only stayed one night, but the front desk was very polite and helpful with restaurant suggestions. We were checked in quickly and our room was very clean, roomy and all lights worked, tv was a nice size and the shower had great pressure and temperature was perfect. The beds were comfy and clean, the only little thing was the pillows, they were way too soft, but having two per person did help a bit. We got good sleep and we all enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.
