"Very convenient, comfortable and clean place to stay for my visit to Big Bend, Terlingua and surrounding area. The host was very nice and helpful with check in and any questions I had. The only minor inconvenience was a problem with the tv streaming services (probably operator error) and no ice machine. But I would definitely stay here again. "

"Rarely does anything, any place or anyone OVER-deliver on a promise but the Star Gazer does. The deck cooking area and banos with showers inside and out were my favorite part. The Airstream itself is cozy and clean and the expansive view was life affirming. We had one tiny problem when we arrived but the host picked up our call and quickly talked us through it. I’m giving five stars only because I can’t give 6."

"We didn't much like the distance from 118 but that is what it is. Otherwise, we liked it a lot. The trail and chairs outside were an unexpected pleasure. The deck and speakers were great. This time of year worked out very well since so many cactus species were blooming. The cabin was very comfortable. We had a couple issues with maintenance and one of them was fixed a couple days in. Great little place to unwind after Big Bend fun!
"This lodge is down a 16 mile road off of Hwy 118, about an hour drive to Big Bend National Park. It is cabins, RV spots and tent camping with a restaurant and pool. The staff are very friendly and the place is clean and well kept. It’s a great place for families, groups, and single/couples wanting a quiet, out of the way experience. "
