"The facility was OK. We never met any staff, looks like they are operating remote. We paid $175 per night, this is pricey for a place like this. This is a place in the middle of no where, hotel does not have any amenities like breakfast, or snacks and built on unpaved dirt site, felt $175 was expensive. "

"The property is simply amazing. The views are so incredible that it humbles you the only way our creator can. The rooms are clean and cozy. My wife and I stayed in the bath house and yes, theres a swimming pool in the room. It comes in handy especially after a long hard day of hiking and climbing. You definitely need to remember that when youre in the desert, you are basically in survival mode so you need to get accustomed quick to what you signed up for. Theres a lot of dust, dont leave your shoes outside, have a first aid kit handy, and some may not have cell service (which can also be a blessing), Bring your own food and fire wood, etc. The views of the sky are truly a blessing. The sun rises and sun sets are so relaxing and fills the sky with the most beautiful colors. The owners are very specific in letting you know EXACTLY what you need so, pay attention! If you love nature and hiking/camping, you'll love this place for sure! We will definitely be visiting again."

"Tin Bits is a charming place to stay while visiting Big Bend National Park. They have lovely amenities and the resort is located in a very scenic location with adventures right on the property. Check in communication, directions/tips on travel and local recommendations were all very helpful. Our only issue was a mild ant problem in the kitchenette area of our unit. "
