"Our 3 night stay was a great experience. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. If I would have researched it more thoroughly, I would have known that our room had a full kitchen!
Every member of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Valet was easy, front desk was always welcoming, kitchen provider great breakfast options each morning, and we met the kindest maintenance man while riding the elevator. He genuinely cared about our stay as well.
Fast forward 1 month, we received a notice of an unpaid parking incident. The hotel provided our parking in a designated deck by valet service, and was paid for upon our initial check in. I called the hotel, and was assured that everything would be handled promptly!

"The Nespreso coffee bar a was unique to any hotel I have ever stayed in and such a great idea as opposed to in room coffee. The room set up was great and the shades and lights all in switches made it easy at night. I needed assistance for an in room safe and the front desk had maintenance up to the room within 5 minutes. Great experience overall. Would recommend! "
