"The room was ok the showerhead was turned out so that when you turned it on the water went straight to my face plus there was no cold water only very hot water called front desk they sent mantainence up to fix but then we had only cold water. Breakfast was good but bacon not cooked correctly. Parking attendants were awesome very nice as well as the front desk "

"Bed was very comfortable, HVAC worked well and was quiet, apartment was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and felt safe and secure. The surrounding area is pretty sketchy, lots of gang graffiti and abandoned buildings with some homeless sleeping areas, so not somewhere you would walk around after dark. My biggest complaint was you could constantly hear clumping footsteps from the unit right above, so that was a bit annoying. We never got the pre-check-in email, so we were delayed trying to figure out why we couldn't get in the door. I'm really not a fan of total electronic check-in, I still like a human presence, sorry. But after several phone calls and 40 minutes, it got squared away. I found the 4 pm check in a bit late, convenience-wise, though. I mean come on, 3 pm is late enough, people!"

"Overall ok. Good: The location was central and close to downtown. Check in simple and easy. Pool/spa and gym were nice amenities. 1 bedroom suite was spacious, had a balcony, and basic amenties. Bad: I was placed in unit facing garage and had a garbage truck service that was at like 5:30am and was very loud (listed as soundproof rooms but not the case). I asked to get moved and was told I was “already upgraded” from a studio to 1 bedroom. Other things slightly annoying - 3 elevators for massive building so can take a long time to get up to your apartment (luckily I was on lower floors so could take the stairs to get out during peak times). Also for kitchen- they supply was ok but like no salt/pepper or basic spices so if you plan to cook you need to buy everything. "

"I had a wonderful stay and can’t say enough good things about the staff—they truly went above and beyond at every opportunity. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. It made such a difference and really elevated the entire experience. I also really appreciated the water and coffee stations on each floor. Having easy access to both throughout the day was so convenient and thoughtful—especially when heading out early or coming back in after a long day. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!"
