"We come to Marco twice a year. First time we've stayed in this particular house. We bring a boat and spend most of our time fishing and exploring islands. If you don't mind keeping your boat in the water, the floating dock here works great. Also, the access to the primary waterway is excellent. The view here is exceptional. The only drawback: the house is a little dated. We don't spend a lot of time inside, so its not a big deal for us. The pool does not have a Lanai. We've stayed at a few now...

"We had a great stay! The property is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. We rented a boat (from Dolphin Cove Marina) so made great use of the dock. We brought our dog which is always nice when possible. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance which is something I personally love. The house was also exceptionally clean when we arrived. "
