The room was worn out; the shower head was old, the paint, the walls, etc. I thought it was going to look better since it was a resort. The outside facade needs work too. Some of the staff were rude too. I don’t think I would stay here again. I definitely like Ft. Myers better.

Superior customer service and friendly!

Friendliest staff upon arrival from curbside check in crew to front desk staff. Had a great room in the family name, Watkins, building. 7th floor room 715, was perfect. It does look over the courtyard and can see some of the beach. Rooms 720 and 719 face the ocean. Upon arrival, we unexpectedly received a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary. (I did tell them during reservation it was our 2 year).

When I heard they were going to tear down this resort, I was left asking just one question.. why? We loved our stay here. One additional thing to point out is that food is very pricey. Sandwiches for $14-$16? I don’t how updated your location is, I will definitely not be paying prices like that just to eat. Otherwise, amazing beaches and service.

It was right by the beach. The pool was awesome and the beach was awesome too!! Beautiful and breathtaking sunsets!! Plus, the room was huge and very clean!

Despite agreeing not to charge a holding deposit to my Revolut card (international travel pre-paid card), they charged $50. They say this has been refunded, but nearly two weeks later, the refund is not showing on my account. Knowing Revolut take time to process these sorts of refunds, I had specifically offered them another card for my holding deposit when checking in. They said this wasn't necessary as they would not charge my Revolut card unless I charged anything to my room, thus no holding deposit. This left me $50 short towards the end of my vacation. The hotel made no effort to put any of this right. Ebookers have spoken to them and the hotel are still not accepting any responsibility for their mistake. I was not the only customer complaining to them about charges to cards that should not have been there. There appeared to be a worrying mix of incompetence, flippancy and potentially fraudulent activity taking place by the front desk at this hotel. I have given them three opportunities to put it right, including refunding the $50 they charged me in cash and them keeping the amount incorrectly charged to my card. Sadly, they do not seem interested in correcting their mistake. Lovely hotel and location, albeit you are largely paying for the location, the hotel is somewhat overpriced for its quality) - completely ruined by their front desk management. A real shame.

Love the location. Pools were a little small and there was no music or fun activities during the day, so it was a little too quiet for us. I was expecting some sort of jet ski rental or parasailing on the beach, or something. Anything to entertain my teenage kids. It was a super quiet resort and wthe open areas and rooms are a bit outdated.

First class resort on the beach. All the staff, from the front door valets to the housekeeping staff were pleasant, helpful and extremely professional. Room was comfortable, only wish we were a little higher floor for more of an ocean view. Beach was first rate. Daily rental of beach lounge chairs and umbrella couldn't have been easier. Wonderful Thanksgiving get-away!

The hotel and staff was excellent. Welcomed us upon arrival and took great care of us while there. From the Front Desk, to the bar. We also enjoyed dinner so much at HB's we went back a second night. Not only because of the food, but because we had an awesome waitress named Briget! Could not have been more accomadating, each time we saw her...even at the breakfast buffet the next 2 mornings. 4 nights....4 awesome sunsets!!!!! We will be back!

Fantastiskt läge direkt på stranden. Stora rum och bra städning. Golfbana direkt i anslutning till hotellet.Tråkigt med extra avgifter på både solstolar på stranden och på Wi-FI. Åker gärna tillbaka!
