The hotel is pretty, clean, the staff is friendly, it is conveniently located near 5th avenue so a lot of options to dine and shop. A plus is that it is located near the airport so you can watch all the jets land and take off

Our room was exceptionally clean. The furniture and the bedding and of course the mattress were very comfortable. And can we discuss the hot water very hot immediately. This hotel was wonderful in every way. It was our first day at a Hyatt house and it certainly won’t be the last
