"Recently spent 3 nights at Carlos Key stilt lower cottage in Naples. Cottage is located in a unique little neighborhood close to beaches,5th Avenue South for shopping and cafes and the Naples Botanical Gardens. Dining choices are both ample and diverse.The accommodation is updated and in pristine condition offering all the conveniences needed for an enjoyable stay!"

"Breakfast was delicious, the pool was great and the view was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly from check in to check out. "

"Too many vagrants eating breakfast and occupying Seats meant for guests. Staff was not keeping them from entering the hotel, helping themselves and carrying food out. "

"Overall the room was pretty good. The pool area was nice but pool towels were never stocked. In the kitchen there were few dishes, no cups or utensils. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. When staying for several days there is no turn down service or restocking of towels or toilet paper so you need to request that in the lobby. The area is quiet. Im not sure if this is a florida thing but the bath water was yellow tinted so make sure to emget bottled water. "

"The condo, pool, location and host attentiveness/response was outstanding. We especially appreciated the free shuttle to downtown Naples and the beach (with free chairs, towels, umbrellas for the beach), and the very nice, well-equipped excercise room. The only downside is the cost of poolside drinks. One of the things I was really looking forward to was drinking a Pina colada at the pool, but only bought two over the course of a week, because they cost 17 or 19 per drink! Not affordable for us, and bringing your own drinks in to the pool is not allowed. Other than that - the experience was fantastic. And the host was kind and fast responding, and cared to make sure everything was perfect for us. "

"It was a little too chilly for me to use the pool. I like water to be really warm. "

"Cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. Gym and spa were very nice as well. We definitely plan to return! "
