"Stayed with my husband for an event locally, so one of the nearest hotels to Madeley. Pretty pub which gets quite busy. We stayed in a fab room at the front overlooking the road. We didn't hear any noise though. Quite a large room with tea making facilities/biscuits. Good bed size probably, king, not as comfy as some I've stayed in but ok. Good sized bathroom with separate shower. The pub serves food and we ordered bbq ribs, they did state as we'd not booked a table we would have to eat...

"Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced."
