"Service, cleanliness, food and building were excellent. The carpets were a little worn and the plumbing could be modernized, but those are quibbles."

"Plenty of space to park, very quiet, no hassle checking in/out. Communication was great and the staff we spoke to were very polite and happy to help with any inquiries. The only slight issue (which isnt really an issue) is the bathroom light was on a sensor, id prefer a switch so i can decide whether to have the light on or not. "

"Stayed overnight to attend the Whitby Goth Fest on the way down from Whitley Bay. The hotel staff were great, the restaurant and bar were very good, food was excellent. Room was absolutely fine, no complaints."

"Great last minute night away with kids. Lovely hotel, friendly staff and brilliant leisure facilities! Mark couldn't be more helpful! If there was one down side, the restaurant menu could do with a revisit (very limited) and the beautifully cooked steak and fresh fish were very much let down by the frozen chips! BUT, the breakfast was amazing! Will definitely visit again!"
