"I didn’t actually stay here I checked in and was shown to the room I went in the smell was over whelming the sheets on the bed look dirty the flooring was worn with gaps and had not been hoovered. I left as I would not stay in such a dump and booked in another hotel "

"Starting look a bit tired but good for the area, went to iron a shirt for work & board was well in need of a new cover, it’s the small touches that make the difference, single glazed windows do road noise was apartment "

"The carpet wasn't that clean and the shower gel was empty. I also couldn't get the heating/Aircon to work. However, the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. The location and spa were great too."

"Lovely hotel but our room wasn’t cleaned properly, could have done with a good freshen up , however we did see painters in so probably in process of freshening up rooms, bed was very comfortable but could have done with new pillows as they were a bit flat, Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Food was very good huge portions, freshly cooked and reasonably priced."
