Checked in with Dinner (but not extras) & Breakfast included and told that I could use the Spa facilities until 16:00 the next day but no robes in room and not allowed to use the Spa facilities the next day unless I paid £75. Note put under the door to pay extras at dinner but restaurant didn't pass any bill to reception to begin with albeit remembered what I had and paid. Reception Manager would not take the lead and answer my questions...
