"Staff excellent. Menu not 24 hours as declared, went to order some food and was told she couldn’t leave the desk. Then later on went to order pizza, was told none available, then ten minutes later went back to the bar and person in front ordered pizza and accepted order, I then queried this to be told they could done her one and no more. "For £35/ night, I was quietly impressed. It was clean (sheets were clean). Maybe good if they cleaned mattress protectors. I did inspect whole bed, was concerned for the price, that there might be bed bugs. But thankfully none. It was quiet too. The price is unbeatable, and for easy convenient travel to Luton airport, it was perfect. Thank you overall. "

"The building is in need of a full refurbishment throughout. Tired carpets and curtains, damaged or poorly repaired walls, broken lifts and windows. For the price listed, i could have found better and had i have known, i would have. The parking was free, after speaking to the young man on reception, he said it was not necessary to record my vehicle registration. So i guess we'll see if a ticket lands at my door. Wouldn't recommend this hotel. "
