We love it here.The place is warm and cozy and very homely, we love being able to just pop down with the dog, either along the sandspit down and to the right of the property or further down onto Aotea beach itself... and the serenity of sitting on the deck, reading a book with a cuppa or glass of wine. 3 The views are amazing. The light across the bay to the urupa and on the maunga (mountain) and the wairua 9spirit) of the place is very peaceful"

"The size of the room exceeded my expectations. Really lovely property, nice outlook, covered verandah for socialising, really nice owner. Wish there was a bit more cooking facilities, ie electric hob, but the owners were great about it and offered a microwave and there is a BBQ you can use. Highly recommend!"
