Facility looks like all aspects have been recently updated. Lovely motel. Parking lot has been painted, rooms are spacious, look newly renovated. Front desk very polite and helpful and friendly. Didn’t use the pool so can’t speak to that. Nice new chairs to enjoy sitting outside our room. Would stay here again.

Like that it was very clean & quiet. Air Condition was a little noisy. Bed was comfortable. Was happy to get an early checkin around 1pm as had a wedding to attend 2:45pm that day. Also, recommended to several family members who joined us at the Colonial House Motel. Was able to sit outside the following morning with our coffee and enjoy the sunshine which is a plus. Neighbous were friendly. I would use and recommend your motel again. All was good.

The room was spacious and clean. The refrigerator was large and contained a freezer, which was most welome. The room would benefit from a coffee table in front of the sofa and an easy chair and standing lamp in the corner by the window.

We have stayed here before. Same awesome property, same friendly staff. À wonderful experience. Plenty of parking and very nice, modern rooms with easily adjusted temperature. I would easily recommend this property to anyone considering staying in Perth, Ontario.

A little unexpected gem for the price. Clean rooms that look recently renovated. Ultra clean bathroom. Well maintained property and very friendly front desk staff. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay again.

Good stay overall, excellent for the type of accommodation. Useful microwave, functional fridge, decent foam beds, not uncomfortable. A/C good and cool in our room. Had to crouch a bit to get under shower head but functional for more residential style bathroom fixtures. Only issue noted was bare moist post shower feet picked up some floor blackening walking around in the room…. Also typical for this kind of property, there were a LOT of middle aged and older white men on expensive motorbikes in many of the rooms having what I assume is a kinda “Brokebike” gay riding weekend (which is ok) so lots of highway motorbikes revving up and idling in early morning in the spot in front of room window…
