The indoor natural hot springs pool could definately use a face lift...it just appeared old and not maintained. The room was nice and clean. Good stay.

We liked the chairs outside for people to sit on at the end of the day. The location was very handy. TV on the was quite small. There was no AC unit, and no flyscreens on the windows. mosquitos came into the room.

We only stayed one night at this motel in order to break an otherwise longer journey. The motel was reasonably priced, but had no air conditioner. At the time the weather was very hot and had been for a couple of weeks so at night we had to open the windows. They did provide a fan which helped.

We had booked through you as you had indicated that they took dogs. arrived to find that they did not. would not even put us up for one night as we tried to find accommodation for the first night. though they did find some where for the rest of the six days. On the web site did say they take service dogs. However said that was wrong. Charged us for one night.

Bathroom and kitchen basic, well due for a refurbish. My husband was in hospital. I said I maybe would need another night and was charged for it, more than we had paid for the previous 2 nights and refund system very poor, still waiting 5days later.

Thermal pool was closed
Room was clean and spacious to relax. However we were very disappointed that the thermal pool was closed during our stay. Also one of the small couch’s leg was broken and shaky. We couldn’t talk about it when we checked out because no one was at the office. We chose the motel because of the use of thermal pool. We understand that that was unexpected incident but a little bit more explanation and apologies would have helped us feeling better when we checked out. Thanks and regards

oh my gosh, i remember who you were and i did explain this to every guess that has been arriving upon check in. if i was able to stop the weather, i would have. AGAIN my apologies but there wasnt anything we can do. even though you knew about it you still want to complain about it. cant please everyone can we. it also states on the door to ring the bell if office is unattended and there is also a personal number on the window door. like why didnt you ring for assistance if you needed to speak to someone from reception, i just dont get it. goodness me.

Dated accommodation, with single-glazed windows. No air conditioning. The geothermal pool was unable to be accessed (whole point of us booking this accommodation i the first place). Had to ask for an extra heater in the evening. Thin walls without much insulation (can hear noises from the next door unit easily). Very unreliable wifi internet. Friendly receptionist / staff.

this building is an old building yes, how ever they have all just been freshly renovated. the windows are a single glazed but they have been treated and there is no cold air coming through so im quite confused on that. the thermal pool is closed due the damage to the building which was explained to you. walls are insulated, it is the door between your unit and unit 5 is what your talking about. the wifi is perfect. with hundreds of guests staying a month you are the only one to complain about it. cant please everyone can we.

Very neat and sparkling clean!
We travel a fair amount and I have never stayed in such a neat, tidy and clean unit. It was a pleasure staying here and I would highly recommend it.

We did not get towels in our room. It was to late at night to do anything about it. Left early in the morning without showers or proper wash.

Very handy location to where we needed to be. Shopping centre just down the road which had option of take aways as well as a supermarket. Clean and tidy rooms though bit of a mix up when we arrived as we were supposed to have a 2 bedroom apartment but were given a one but the lady at reception happily moved us with no issues. Very friendly and helpful. Nice hot pool to have a soak in before bed. Would stay again when in the area.

The guests occupying the unit next to mine were EXTREMELY loud and noisy and woke me up at 10:30 PM. I had to bang on the adjoining door and ask them to keep the noise down but they continued loud talking. They woke me again at 11:30 PM and again I banged on the adjoining door and told the to shut up which they finally did. I complained to Management when I checked out. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN
