"Inexpensive, Western-style hotel near Big Sight. Shiokaze Bridge to the north is a brief walk and offers a nice view, from the river, especially during the evening. The hotel is attached to a Lawson and there is a Family Mart across the nearest intersection. There is also a grocery store by the nearby station. The nearest station is Shiomi Station which only grants access to the Keiyō line which goes to Tokyo Station as well as a handful of stations in Chiba. It is not an active district of Tokyo, so while there are not many notable tourist experiences within walking distance, there is also not a lot of noise and foot traffic.
It's worth noting if you plan to go to Big Sight for an event that there is a one-stop ride to change to the Rinkai line at Shin-Kiba Station, so plan accordingly if you bring anything big or heavy, especially during peak hours."
