Stunning location. Beautiful gardens and ‘secret’ pathways. Very quiet. Comfortable beds and powerful shower! Beautiful lounge and dining area and well set up with pool table. Would be great for a group but also relaxing for a couple. Wonderful stay.

From initial check in, to our departure, a terrific stay. The young lady who checked us in was fantastic. (Casey) Not just a generic greeting, but a genuine interest in our reason for the visit and a warm welcome. Bed extremely comfortable, great shower and air conditioning which worked beautifully. As an added bonus, coffee in the morning was spot on. I would recommend the Novotel 100% and will look no further for my next stay. Well done to the team.

Loved being in the middle of everything. Across the road is the shopping centre (centre city), just a block down the road is a number of cafes and restaurants/bars, a block up the road is the movie theatre and you are around the corner from the Main Street. I would recommend the metrotel motel to people who enjoy the night life or would rather walk to everything then drive.

A great place to stay, close to the beach, close to town and eateries. A warm welcome, clean and modern with a good car park. Excellent staff who go the extra mile.

Stayed in one of the motel rooms during a 2-day stopover for business. Have stayed here before and the experience was just as good this time around. Motel room impeccably clean. Also comfortable and quiet. Very good value for money. Staff are excellent here. I noticed that the wi-fi was considerably faster and much more reliable than during my previous stay. Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel was very clean and comfortable only thing i can fault was there was no soap in the dispenser or shampoo or conditioner as it stated in the advertising,beds were so comfortable,loved the view from our room,was quite noisy with cars on friday night though but i guess thats part of being in a busy place like new plymouth🙂would love to know what sheets were on the beds i want to buy some for at home🙂
