I had a great stay it was a low season which I loved it, unfortunately went in super cold season we couldn't enjoy their water park but it was still a great stay will definitely come back, rooms are not super big or if looking for a super 5 stars rooms then not good for you, but it was clean, pretty comfortable will definitely stay here again, thinking of coming again next year. Ps. Great shoot out to the lovely girls that works there specialy to the kitchen girls Sandra and the rest of them are just great, everything was super delicious,clean spotless, polite, if you book don't forget to get that breakfast buffet, you will not regret

Great clean room and bathroom and very friendly staff . Enjoyed our stay

Rooms good and very nice staff. But some of the facility axillary areas like game room a little outdated. My kids lost lots of tokens and some broken machines. Staff amazing, cleaning crew and pool and everything else kids could not enjoy because of extreme cold wind weather or activities. But it some kids that could tolerate the cold stated pool was amazing. overall great experience but we spent it in the room due to weather.

The neighbor does look that safe. The hotel is soar of depressing. The room was clean and it was fine for one night. This is not a vacation or business hotel. The front desk clerk was helpful.
